From oil sprays to muffin cups and from pizza pans to racks, we've got them all, and they make fantastic Christmas presents, too!
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F/180°C.
Add olive oil to a skillet over medium heat, add the prepared vegetables, and cook until softened.
Spray your ramekins, or silicone egg bite molds with cooking spray.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Divide the vegetable mixture between each egg mold, add vegetarian bacon or veggie meat, then add shredded cheese.
Silicone egg bite molds are great, removing them is really easy. The bites will be slightly smaller than the ones you'd buy at restaurants, but they're still a good size.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the molds, leaving a little room at the top as they will puff up.
Place in your air fryer basket until the egg bites are set, approximately 12 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer, serve immediately, or alternatively, eat cold later.
Enjoy your air fryer egg breakfast bites!
